Anti-ADRBK2 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets ADRBK2 (also referred to as GRK3) and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human ADRBK2 (NP_005151.2). It is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa, and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography.

Suggested starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Three scientific validation images are provided.
