Anti-ADRB3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against beta 3 Adrenergic Receptor (ADRB3), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human ADRB3 (NP_000016.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target runs at a molecular weight of 47 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Supporting data include Western blot analysis of various cell line extracts using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, and immunofluorescence staining at 1:100 in NIH/3T3, HeLa and C6 cells with DAPI nuclear counterstain.
