Anti-ADRA1A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the alpha 1a Adrenergic Receptor (ADRA1A). It is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated. The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 346–475 of human ADRA1A (NP_150646.3), and the target has a molecular weight of 51 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
