Produced in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes ADP-ribosylhydrolase (ADPRH), the cytosolic enzyme that hydrolyzes ADP-ribose from mono-ADP-ribosylated arginine residues on target proteins. By reversing this post-translational modification, ADPRH contributes to regulation of cell signaling, oxidative stress responses, and DNA damage repair pathways. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 200 µl volume and has been validated for Western blot across human, mouse, and rat sample lysates, making it a practical tool for comparative studies of arginine-specific ADP-ribose turnover in cancer biology, neurodegeneration, and metabolic research. To preserve binding activity across multiple experiments, the reagent is best stored frozen after aliquoting, with freeze-thaw cycles kept to a minimum.
