This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ADPRH, an ADP-ribosylhydrolase that catalyzes the removal of ADP-ribose moieties from mono-ADP-ribosylated proteins, a step in the reversal of post-translational ADP-ribosylation. Distributed by Antibodies.com for research use in human, mouse, and rat samples, the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 100 µL per vial, allowing flexible pairing with secondary antibodies for Western blot detection.
The antibody is validated for Western blot workflows, where it can probe ADPRH expression across cell lines and tissue lysates. As a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, it offers epitope diversity that helps recognize multiple regions of the target. Storage at -20 °C in small aliquots is recommended to preserve activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and the unconjugated format supports chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent readout chemistries depending on the chosen secondary.
