Anti-ADPGK Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG targets ADP-dependent glucokinase (ADPGK), the atypical hexokinase that phosphorylates glucose to glucose-6-phosphate using ADP rather than ATP as its phosphate donor. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of liquid and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, where it recognizes endogenous ADPGK protein at the expected ~54 kDa band.

Validated for Western blot, the polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes of the target, supporting robust signal in lysates from cultured cell lines and tissue specimens used in studies of glycolytic flux, T cell activation, and tumor metabolism.
