Raised in rabbit against the adenosine A3 receptor, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is supplied as a 200 µl aliquot and is intended for research use only.

ADORA3 is a Gi-coupled GPCR that modulates intracellular cAMP and has been linked to anti-inflammatory signaling, mast-cell activation, ischemic preconditioning, and tumor-cell proliferation studies. Western blot applications typically resolve ADORA3 in the expected 36-37 kDa region, while IHC on fixed tissue sections enables mapping of receptor distribution in lung, liver, spleen, and immune cell compartments. The polyclonal format offers multi-epitope recognition, which is advantageous when working with low-abundance GPCR targets where single-clone coverage may be limiting.

For handling, store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature. The antibody is compatible with standard HRP- or fluorescence-conjugated secondary reagents and routine chromogenic detection chemistries.
