Anti-ADORA2A (Y361) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against ADORA2A (Y361), supplied as an unconjugated reagent and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330–380 of Human ADORA2A and detects endogenous levels of the Adenosine receptor A2a protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
