Anti-ADO Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against 2-aminoethanethiol dioxygenase (ADO), a cytoplasmic iron-dependent thiol dioxygenase that catalyzes the oxidation of cysteamine to hypotaurine within the taurine biosynthesis pathway. The antibody is supplied at 50 µl per vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous ADO protein across human, mouse, and rat samples.
