Activity-Dependent Neuroprotector Homeobox (ADNP) is a zinc-finger transcription factor implicated in neuronal differentiation, autophagy regulation, and neurodevelopmental disease pathways, and the rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot detection of this target in human, rat, and mouse samples. Supplied as an unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, the product is provided as a 100 µl aliquot suited to multiple blotting experiments. Refrigerate upon arrival, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. The unconjugated format leaves secondary label choice open for downstream chemiluminescent or fluorescent detection workflows in neural cell line and brain tissue lysate studies.
