Anti-ADNP Antibody

An unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting ADNP, offered by Antibodies.com. Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), it is reactive with Human and Mouse samples, with Rat additionally listed as a reactive species in the catalogue entry.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 843–1102 of human ADNP (NP_056154.1). The antibody has a molecular weight of 163 kDa and is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
