Anti-ADK (E6) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ADK (E6) and is supplied unconjugated as a 1 mg/ml solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is recombinant full length human ADK, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of ADK protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein, ADK, has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
