Anti-ADK Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ADK (also referred to as Adenosine kinase, Adenosine 5'-phosphotransferase and AK), offered by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200–345 of human ADK (NP_001114.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:100-1:500 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is supported by 7 scientific validation images.
