Anti-ADIPOR1 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ADIPOR1 (Adiponectin Receptor 1). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and has been validated for Western blot (WB), with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–136 of human Adiponectin Receptor 1 (NP_057083.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. The antibody reacts with mouse and rat samples and is also listed as suitable for immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
