Anti-ADIPOQ Antibody

The Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against adiponectin (ADIPOQ). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19–104 of human adiponectin (NP_004788.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and presented as a liquid formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
