Anti-ADH7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ADH7 (alcohol dehydrogenase 7). Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the polyclonal antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and cross-reacts with Human and Monkey samples. It is recommended to store the antibody at -20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year. The immunogen sequence maps to an internal epitope of ADH7, and specificity has been confirmed by detection of endogenous ADH7 protein levels, including in COS7 cell lysates by Western blot. Each lot is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to minimize background.
