The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified after immunisation with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-386 of human ADH7.

Validated for WB and ICC/IF, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
