Anti-Adducin α/β (K720) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is specific to Adducin α/ß (K720) and detects endogenous levels of Adducin α and Adducin ß protein. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700–750 of Human Adducin α and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 81 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
