Anti-ADD1 (Ab-726) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ADD1 (Ab-726). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the reagent was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 724–728 (T-P-S-F-L) of human ADD1. It was purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide and specifically detects endogenous levels of total ADD1 protein.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
