Anti-ADCYAP1R1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com targets ADCYAP1R1, also referred to as the PACAP receptor. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) [S1].

The antibody is provided as a liquid and has been affinity purified [S1]. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1]. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal [S1]. The reported molecular weight of the target is 53 kDa [S1].

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–140 of human ADCYAP1R1 (NCBI reference NP_001109.2) [S1]. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples [S1]. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF [S1].
