Anti-ADCY3 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ADCY3, also known as AC3. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is recommended for Western blot applications at a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000.

The molecular weight of the target is reported as 150–170 kDa. The product listing states reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. Western blot validation on the product sheet shows detection of endogenous ADCY3 in lysates from various human cell lines loaded at 25 µg per lane, developed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody and an ECL chemiluminescence kit.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–80 of human ADCY3 (NP_004027.2). The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
