Anti-ADCY 4 (L226) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ADCY 4 (L226), unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 190-240 of Human ADCY 4. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Adenylate cyclase type 4 protein and recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 120 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, the product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
