Anti-ADCY 1 (D252) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ADCY 1 (D252) and detects endogenous levels of adenylate cyclase type 1 protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 230–280 of human ADCY 1, and it recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
