Anti-ADCK4 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the ADCK4 target and is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is provided in a 50 µl aliquot as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation, with the immunoglobulin formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ADCK4, and the resulting antiserum was purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to enrich for binding-competent IgG. The reagent is recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it is validated for reactivity with human samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of total ADCK4 protein. As a polyclonal, unconjugated host Rabbit antibody, it is well suited for laboratories that prefer to choose their own secondary detection chemistry or label the primary reagent themselves. For handling and storage, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain titre and performance.
