Anti-ADAR Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150–250 of human ADAR1 (NP_001102.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
