Rabbit polyclonal antisera raised against ADAP1, a dual-PH-domain ArfGAP protein involved in membrane trafficking and actin cytoskeleton remodeling. This unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µL of polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit, suitable for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse specimens. ADAP1 (also called CENTA1) functions as a GTPase-activating protein for Arf-family small GTPases and has been linked to receptor endocytosis, neuronal signaling, and cytoskeletal dynamics, making this reagent useful for studies of intracellular trafficking pathways and signaling networks. For best stability, store the vial frozen at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The reagent is provided by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody preparation that detects endogenous ADAP1 in cell and tissue lysate preparations, supporting research into membrane remodeling and related cellular processes.
