Anti-ADAMTSL4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against ADAMTSL4 (ADAMTS like 4) and supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blot (WB) and, according to the product specification sheet, for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is classified as a Primary Antibody.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 795–1074 of human ADAMTSL4 (NP_061905.2); the target has a predicted molecular weight of 116 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF; a representative blot was developed at 1:1,000 with 25 µg of lysate per lane, a goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, an ECL Basic Kit and a 10 s exposure.

The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.
