Anti-ADAMTS7 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ADAMTS7 (ADAM metallopeptidase with thrombospondin type 1 motif 7), a protein with tissue-enhanced expression in heart muscle and which is predicted to localise to vesicles and to the extracellular matrix. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of ADAMTS7 protein. Its immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ADAMTS7, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~184 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
