Anti-ADAMTS4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ADAMTS4 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 74–318 of human ADAMTS4 (NP_005090.3). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 90 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
