Anti-ADAMTS2 Antibody

ADAMTS2 (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase with Thrombospondin Motifs 2) acts as procollagen I N-proteinase, a zinc-dependent metalloproteinase that cleaves the amino-terminal propeptides of type I and type II procollagen precursors to promote collagen fibril assembly in connective tissues. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent, produced by Antibodies.com, was raised against human ADAMTS2 and cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologs.
