Anti-ADAMTS2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for the detection of ADAMTS2. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot (WB) use.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1029-1213 of human ADAMTS2 (O95450). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is given.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
