Anti-ADAMTS18 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against ADAMTS18, supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The 100 µl aliquot is sized for routine laboratory research, and the unconjugated format leaves the antibody open to custom labeling or secondary detection strategies. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species comparative work. ADAMTS18 belongs to the ADAMTS family of secreted metalloproteinases and has been studied in connection with skeletal development, ocular tissue morphogenesis, and tumor biology; published loss-of-function analyses have linked this gene to early-onset retinal detachment phenotypes and to regulation of bone mineral density.
