Anti-ADAMTS13 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in Rabbit against ADAMTS13, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–300 of human ADAMTS13 (NP_620594.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 154 kDa. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and is affinity purified. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended working dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
