Anti-ADAMDEC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ADAMDEC1 and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is generated in rabbit and recognises ADAMDEC1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The target is detected via an immunogen comprising a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ADAMDEC1, with the polyclonal antibody (pAb) shown to detect endogenous levels of the protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and has an observed molecular weight of ~53 kDa.

Purification is by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is accompanied by two scientific validation images.
