Anti-ADAM8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against ADAM8 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20-166 of human ADAM8 (NP_001100.3). The product is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 100 kDa and concentration is lot specific.

Reactivity is listed for Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
