Anti-ADAM5 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and directed against ADAM5. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation that has been affinity purified. The target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 50 kDa.

Reactivity has been demonstrated with human and mouse samples, and the reagent is validated for Western blot applications, with a recommended working dilution range of 1:100 to 1:500. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 250–350 of human ADAM5 (UniProt Q6NVV9).

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Intended for research use only.
