Anti-ADAM28 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ADAM28. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ADAM28, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total ADAM28 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The approximate molecular weight of the target is 87 kDa.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
