Anti-ADAM28 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 199-440 of human ADAM28 (NP_055080.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, with a molecular weight of 87 kDa, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is affinity purified.

Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
