Anti-ADAM22 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ADAM22, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 223–400 of human ADAM22 (NP_004185.1). The product is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:1,000–1:4,000.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
