Anti-ADAM1B Antibody [#57]

Produced by Antibodies.com as a liquid rat monoclonal IgG reagent, this anti-ADAM1B (#57) antibody is supplied at 100 µg and is validated for ICC and IHC-P on mouse samples. ADAM1B (also known as fertilin β) belongs to the ADAM family of disintegrin-metalloproteinases and is expressed on murine spermatids, where it contributes to sperm–egg fusion during fertilization. The unconjugated format enables flexible pairing with custom secondary labels for immunocytochemistry on isolated germ cells and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded testis sections.
