Anti-ADAM19 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human ADAM19 (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase 19), a type I transmembrane metalloproteinase that mediates ectodomain shedding of membrane-bound substrates and contributes to cell–matrix adhesion through its disintegrin domain.

Supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human samples. Each vial supports multiple experiments in studies of cardiac development, neurogenesis, and tumor progression where ADAM19-mediated proteolysis is of interest.
