Anti-ADAM19 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ADAM19 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid format. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 203-460 of human ADAM19 (NP_150377.1) and is affinity purified. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa; concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, and one scientific validation image is included.
