Anti-ADAM17 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ADAM17 and is supplied unconjugated. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 700 to the C-terminus of human ADAM17 (NP_003174.3). The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Reported molecular weights for ADAM17 are 120 kDa and 100 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:100–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, with concentration described as lot specific.
