Anti-ADAM12 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against ADAM12, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to residues in human ADAM12 and detects endogenous levels of ADAM12 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has an apparent molecular weight of ~100 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
