Anti-ADAM12 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against ADAM12 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 589–738 of human ADAM12 (NP_067673.2), and the reagent is affinity purified. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is supported by 5 scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
