Anti-ADAM10 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting ADAM10, available from Antibodies.com for use in Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 214–500 of human ADAM10 (NP_001101.1) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody has been affinity purified. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 90 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
