Anti-ADA3 Antibody

The Anti-ADA3 polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically targets the ADA3 (also known as NGG1) protein of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a subunit of the highly conserved SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5 Acetyltransferase) complex that mediates histone acetylation and transcriptional coactivation at chromatin.

Validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous ADA3, this unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in a 100 µl volume, sufficient for multiple blotting experiments. It is widely used to study chromatin remodeling, SAGA complex integrity, and gene regulatory mechanisms in yeast model systems, including investigations of the Ada-Gcn5 adaptor module.
