This rabbit polyclonal anti-ADA2 antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the Saccharomyces cerevisiae transcriptional coactivator ADA2, a subunit of the SAGA histone acetyltransferase complex involved in chromatin remodeling. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot detection of the approximately 60 kDa ADA2 protein. It is commonly used to study Gcn5-mediated histone acetylation and transcription regulation in yeast, and is intended for research use only.
