Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ACY1 (aminoacylase 1) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of ACY1 protein, with the immunogen being recombinant full length human ACY1.
Supplied as a liquid at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody has an approximate molecular weight of ~ 46 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
