Anti-ACY1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ACY1. It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation that has been affinity purified. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–408 of human ACY1 (NP_001185824.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF.
